Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District

Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District includes all of the City of Pittsburgh, the outlying suburbs, and parts of the Mon Valley area. The district is considered a “safe” Democratic district but lacks a progressive leader willing to tackle some of the biggest issues that will face this generation and the next. We need a representative who can be a bold leader who will fight for progressive causes that will help working families throughout Pittsburgh, our state and our nation.

The City of Pittsburgh is one of the least livable places for African Americans in the United States. The Pittsburgh region also has some of the worst air quality anywhere in the country. After decades of the same representation in Congress, it’s time for a new leader with bold ideas and the drive to get the job done.
